Welcome to Aria Nail Bar App and Website (the "App", "Website" or collectively, the “Services”), operated by Aria Nail Bar ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using any part of our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").

By accessing or using Aria Nail Bar’s Services (App or Website), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and login credentials. 

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for any suspicious, fraudulent, or abusive activity. 

 

3. Booking and Cancellation Policy

  • Appointments may be booked directly via the App or Website.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees. 

  • No-shows may result in charges or limitations on future bookings.

  • By opting in via the App, Website, or during the booking process, you consent to receive automated appointment reminders, confirmations, promotional offers, and updates via SMS/text messages. 

  • Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier. 

4.2 Opt-Out & Customer Rights

  • You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS or contacting us directly.

  • Your mobile number will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Payments

  • Payments can be made securely through the App, Website, or in-person at our salons. 

  • Aria Nail Bar is not responsible for third-party payment processing issues or errors. 

  • Aria Nail Bar is not responsible for any third-party payment issues.

  • Users must always treat Aria Nail Bar staff, property, and other customers with respect. 

  • Any behavior deemed inappropriate may result in denial of service and/or account suspension.
