At Aria Nail Bar, we are committed to providing high-quality nail and beauty services in a clean, welcoming, and professional environment. We appreciate your trust in our team and always strive to ensure your satisfaction with every visit.

 

However, due to the nature of our services, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds for any completed services or purchased products.

 

🔒 Why We Do Not Offer Refunds

 

Nail and beauty services are personal and subjective. Once a service has been provided:

    •    Time, effort, and materials have already been invested

    •    Results may vary depending on individual nail conditions, lifestyle, and aftercare

    •    Services cannot be “returned” once rendered

 

For these reasons, we maintain a strict no-refund policy for fairness and consistency to both clients and our technicians.

 

🔁 Satisfaction Guarantee & Corrections

 

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with a service:

    •    Please notify us before leaving the salon, and we will do our best to address your concerns.

    •    In most cases, we are happy to provide a free touch-up or reasonable correction on the same day or within a 7-day period, at the discretion of management.

    •    After this window, any follow-up service may be treated as a new appointment.

 

Please note that we do not offer corrections for issues caused by improper aftercare, third-party interference (e.g. another salon), or changes in personal preference after service has been completed.

 

🛍️ Product Sales

 

All retail products (polish, cuticle oils, tools, etc.) are final sale and non-refundable due to hygiene and safety standards. We encourage you to ask questions before purchasing.

 

📅 Missed Appointments & No-Shows

 

Refunds are also not issued for missed appointments or late arrivals. Please refer to our [Cancellation Policy] for further details.
